DOING BETTER TOGETHER

MEET PERRIN
Perrin Bostic is a dedicated public servant and community advocate running for Atlanta City Council District 3. With a proven track record in public affairs, coalition building, and grassroots engagement, Perrin has built his career around one mission: to uplift and invest in the communities too often overlooked.
Born with a deep commitment to justice and equity, Perrin has served in key leadership roles, including Policy Advisor and Director of Constituent Services for Atlanta City Council District 3. Most recently, he served as the Northwest Georgia Outreach Representative for U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock, bringing federal resources and support to underserved communities across the state.
Perrin is a graduate of Jackson State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, and Georgia State University, where he earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
Throughout his career, Perrin has focused on implementing policies and programs that advance opportunity and improve quality of life — particularly for marginalized populations. He has served on the Atlanta Advisory Board of AID Atlanta, helping address the healthcare needs of some of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Perrin believes deeply in servant leadership and the power of community. His success is rooted in building authentic relationships, fostering trust, and working collaboratively to drive change.
Perrin is running for City Council to ensure that every resident of District 3 — from Harvel Homes to Home Park — has a seat at the table and a voice in the future of Atlanta. Because for him, public service isn’t just a profession — it’s a calling.
-
Affordable Housing & Community DevelopmentEveryone deserves access to safe, stable, and affordable housing. Perrin will fight for policies that protect longtime residents from displacement, expand affordable housing options, and support homeownership for working families. He’s committed to equitable development that puts community voices first — not just developers.
-
Clean & Safe NeighborhoodsBlight, illegal dumping, and crumbling infrastructure have plagued District 3 for too long. Perrin will prioritize street and sidewalk repairs, improved sanitation services, and stronger code enforcement — ensuring our neighborhoods are clean, safe, and livable for all.
-
Jobs, Small Business, & Economic OpportunityPerrin believes economic development should benefit everyone. He’ll work to expand access to capital for small and Black-owned businesses, support job training programs, and invest in local entrepreneurship to build wealth from within our neighborhoods.
-
Youth Investment & Public SafetyPublic safety starts with prevention. Perrin supports investing in after-school programs, mentorship opportunities, and mental health resources that give our young people positive pathways forward. He also advocates for community-based safety strategies that build trust between residents and law enforcement.
-
Parks, Culture, & Public SpacesOur communities deserve vibrant, safe, and well-maintained public spaces. Perrin will champion investments in parks, recreation centers, and cultural spaces that reflect the legacy and brilliance of the Westside — and create spaces where residents of all ages can thrive.
-
Government Transparency & AccountabilityPerrin believes City Hall must be accessible, responsive, and accountable. He’ll push for more transparent budgeting, stronger oversight, and consistent communication between councilmembers and constituents — because the people of District 3 deserve to be heard.
